Attendance in the class shall be counted from the beginning of the academic year until Two weeks prior to commencement examination. If a student faces lecture shortage, she can appear in the subsequent supplementary examination subject to fulfil the following:
(a) Completion of lectures
(b) Her attendance should conform with the required percentage of lectures delivered after the annual examination.
* No shortage in the lectures is admissible for absence from the class due to any reason. However, the players participating in any competition on behalf of the college will be compensated for such period.
* If a student face Shortage of lectures at the time of submitting admission forms to the Board / University, the admission will be sent provisionally, in case the candidate fails to secure a requisite number of lectures up to two weeks before the commencement of the examination, her admission is liable to be canceled.
* If a student secured the requisite number of lectures at the time of submission of admission forms to the Board / University, but ran short of lectures before 15 days of the commencement of the examination, her candidature to participate in the examination is liable to be canceled.
